Summer Florals

This post is finally getting featured on the Blog. This is cause of two reasons, firstly I had prior commitments, and secondly I was lazy. I have been associated with Lakme School of Style for a while now and the Vloggers were supposed to have a session with Karan Johar (I look not so good in the only picture I have with him)

I met Nilu at this event; she is so positive and full of life. Unless you’re living under a rock, you know that she has a renowned blog by the name Big Hair Loud Mouth. She is from Bangalore and has amazing energy to work with. She happened to have a stay near my place, which had us making a lunch plan, but we ended up agreeing to have a shoot instead. She had limited options as she was travelling but it perfectly fit for the theme I was looking for. I coordinated on the floral outfits but the shoes and accessories were a complete co-incidence!

It was supposed to be a ready for summer look but I guess now I can pass it off as how my summer went by They were my essentials like everyone this season and the outfits had a good vibe I felt. She was wearing something slightly flowy so I decided to go with a bodycon with my favourite back detailing. I chose oxfords for comfort and a holographic sling to go with it. Reflector sunnies have been another essential, which went with the look.

I absolutely love Nilu’s work and it is always so edgy. She experiments with her hair and if you’re following her it was clearly back when she was a brunette. You guys have to check her out if you haven’t. Also, I really feel like these more experienced Bloggers are so on point with everything. She actually posted this look just as she got back in Bangalore and here I am. Any who, I am happy to have worked with her and shared this summer look with you guys. Do let me know your thoughts on the shoot. We had a LOT of fun shooting it, spent most of our time giggling and jumping around(literally). Also, due credit for the editing, the pictures turned out gorgeous!
